Details below

Ceol Na Mara is primarily a family holiday home so it is comfortable, well appointed and has a ‘lived in’ atmosphere. It can sleep up to 8 people and ground floor accommodation comprises: a lounge with a dining area and panoramic views over the loch through two large patio windows. The dining area can be curtained off to make the lounge cosier on winter evenings; a large, well equipped kitchen, adjacent utility room with washing machine and drier, spacious bathroom with WC, wash hand basin and bath with shower over; double bedroom with views over loch, and a twin bedroom at the rear.

A view of the outside of Ceol na Mara showing the patio area and the two large patio windows to the lounge and dining room.

A general view of the living and dining area in the cottage as seen from the lounge.

Upstairs there are 2 well-proportioned bedrooms, each with wash hand basin and large wardrobes. The one has a king-size bed and the other is a family room with bunks for children and a double bed. There is a separate WC on landing and separate shower room with a bidet. Heating in the lounge and kitchen is by night storage heaters with convectors and the bedrooms and bathroom all have wall mounted convector heaters.

The house is fully carpeted and there are plenty of books and maps, board games, a TV, DVD player, radio and CD player.

Outside there is a terrace, ideal for sitting out on fine days.
